Cedric is passionate about his vanilla, but also about ecology and alternative agriculture (meaning agriculture as it should remain!). He grows it in the heart of the rainforest, respecting the rules of preservation of the ecosystem. An organic, sustainable, artisanal vanilla… and excellent. Vanilla is available for sale, and tours of the vanilla plantation are organized when the schedule permits.
